Stupid question. Guitar thru Bass Amp

Sign in to disble this ad
Sorry if this has been asked before:

My 13 year old daughter, who is a up and coming guitar player is with me and the Mrs this weekend. The is bringing her 6 string, but not an amp. I can let her use my 15w Rumble Bass amp, but is there any way I need to set it up for the upper sonic range?

Sorry for the inexperienced question.

Thanks!

There's nothing in particular you need to do. I don't know what kind of EQ the Rumble has, but you'll just need to fiddle with it a little. I like guitar through most bass amps, and there's no reason it shouldn't work well. Just don't be surprised when she sounds louder through it than you do!

It's an amp. It'll make fun noises. Tweak it as you see fit, just set if flat and go from there.

That covers it.

Since there are more than a few threads already covering this topic I am closing this down.
