I just picked up the GK 700RB (found it for $250! i was shocked, and couldn't pass it up)
it's Bi-amp, 480w speaker 50w horn. 4ohms.
Any suggestions for a cab?
My price range is about $300, I am not opposed to used, and if it's a little more i'm willing to save up and get it.
Thank you! |

You could get a quote from RMC Audio for the GK112 neo....... You could probably land one for just a little bit more than your $300 budget. And keep an eye on the classifieds here for one. |

Like the MB F1, the 700 sounds really good right out of the box. And, that 480 watts is very underrated, imho.

Small gigs--used 210 or 212
Large gigs --used 410
The GK heads sound good with anything, imo. I had good luck with my Bag End cabs when I had a GK 700RB. |

jnewmark - i fell in love with it instantly, i went in to check out some heads. I saw this thing and tried it out, then looked at the price and was amazed. i love the sound already.
Jasper383 - Im thinking i want to start out with a 212 or a 210, then pick up a 410 later. so for now one of the smaller ones
lawrence2 - thanks for the link, i'm checking it out.
Seems like the general consensus is that i have lots of options. This is both cool, but sucks at the same time because it means decisions have to be made haha
Thanks guys, i really appreciate it. and if anyone else has any input on what they've used i'd love to hear it. |

Either way, you won't have to save up very much. You can't go wrong. Just get 'em...
