Sundown Lowrider 40 bass amp?

Looking for a cheap bedroom practice amp and came across the Sundown Lowrider 40. Any experience with this amp or amp manufacturer? I know the back story on the original company, but what about the new iteration of Sundown?

no idea who owns sundown now, but it looks like any other inexpensive 40w practice amp to me. but their lack of a website troubles me.
