Sunn 1200s vs Fender Bassman 1200

I have opportunity to either get a Sunn 1200s head ($500) or a Fender Bassman 1200 ($425). I was wondering which would be better, or are they exactly the same amp?

They main differences are the colors of the circuit board ( Sunn has the red one and the Fender has the green on ) and the early Sunn's had issues of overheating, there was a factory fix, but the Bassman 1200 has those fixes incorporated in there design .... I had the Bassman Pro 1200 and enjoyed it .... but, I moved on to other amps ..... so my answer is get the Bassman 1200 Pro, it has all the updates
