Sunn 215B Dimensions

So I'm going to pick up a Red Sunn Concert Bass & 215B this weekend and was wondering if anyone on here could help me out if they've had personal experience or by measuring theirs so I know if this will fit in my girlfriends car or if I should go with my dad. Thanks a lot.

Take the larger car. Even with dimensions, you can't predict how it will fit. Car doors are notorious for not being shaped for cargo. And they often don't open wide enough to fit something large. Even if it would fit the back seat, you can't get it through the door!

Yeah pretty much what I figured. I'd better not chance it and have my dad run me over there its only 2 mins away anyway.

Picked this monster up yesterday. Thanks for the advice. I don't think there was any way it would've fit in the other car.

What are the dimensions? How do you like it?

I can fit my svt 810 in my back seat through the car door with room to spare.

Oh man, It sounds awesome. I love the way the 15's sound in comparison to my Ampeg 410HLF's 10's. I am now 100% sure my older Concert Bass head definitely has a problem because this one sounds a thousand times better with next to no extra noise. I've downsized my pedalboard from a bunch of stuff to a much more simpler arrangement simply because of how much balls these 15" speakers have. Best part of the review the pair was $450.

I guess it may have fit in the back seat of the other car but I don't think the back doors would have opened far enough this things a real beast. I think it may be a little thicker both ways than an 810 just not as tall.

My friend puts his in the folded down passenger seat and rear passenger seat of a Hyundai, with the head in the trunk. There's still room for one passenger, too.

Well, it damn well should fit in a truck, lol. But you can fit things into pretty small places if you're creative in how to do it. I regularly take my upright around in a sedan.
