Did the sunn 300t and the bassman 300pro is the same amp or not

John K Custom Basses | | Join Date: Feb 2008 Location: Thousand Oaks, CA | | | well, i've repaired one Sunn 300T and two Bassman 300 pro's, and inside, they were the same circuits and amps. they may have used a few different brands of componets due to the availablity of them, but they all sounded the same after i repaired/serviced them.

'Sunn' at this time only existed as a brand name owned by Fender. Their is no 'Sunn' version and 'Fender' version, it was always made by Fender.
