Sunn Bass Amp/Cabinet help!

I have my late husband's original Sunn Concert Bass head, cabinet with vinyl cover, foot switch, and lifetime warranty card.
I have serial numbers, bass head is #031006, cabinet is a 215S #C013418. I do not know how old or value of this set.
Can anyone help me on this? And yes, I plan on selling all together. Thank you!!!
