Can I use this combination of cabs with this amp??? Isn't it too much power for those cabs??

To test out the head your cabs are both 8 ohms each and should be ok at a low volume.You really want a full 410HLF and maybe the big 810E. This way you won't have to worry about turning it up. I have this amp and
you can run (2) 810E's in stereo without any problems.

You could, as long as you don't put out full power.

Better switch to bigger / more powerful cabs.
