Looking at a used SVT pro 2 head. I
Am unfamiliar with this unit. What do we think of these versus a vintage SVT tube head?

Very good. All the all tube SVT's are damn good. 2 pro has a few extra bells & whistles in- graphic eq, drive control-than the other SVT's & modern ones have DI out also.

If you ever played an SVT-CL, it's very much like it except it has an extra drive circuit and a graphic EQ.
