Anyone have any trouble shooting tips?
I gigged it a couple of weeks ago, no problems.
Yesterday at the gig, complete silence. I've got another gig this afternoon, would prefer to fix it, but might have to go buy something in a pinch. Thanks for any tips.

2 is the amp giving power to it?
3 then something has come loose, prolly tween the input jack and the crossover. |

2. Yep, tested the amp at the gig through one of our drummers monitors, which I had to play through the whole gig, and later at home with a guitar cab. All in working order.
3. Should I pull the front cover off then? I yanked the back panel yesterday, everything looked fine there.
Thanks for the quick reply, my wallet and I really appreciate it.

Thanks guys, hopefully this works. In the meantime I have a used Eden 112 on the way, just in case I can't fix the Ampeg before the gig tonight.

Hooked up a fresh 9V battery, no cone movement...

Can I have the voice coil replaced, or do I need a whole re-coning?

I will come to visit and bring a 810 with me, maybe live at your place through the spring? OK?
DO you have a yacht? I am expert sailor. Don't drink much either mostly purified water.

BOB | Nope, but I can see the water if I look really hard. You're welcome to visit, although I'm moving out end of July.
No yacht, closest harbor is at least half an hour away. Not that I could afford a yacht, I'm living in Malibu to be close to law school, and law school budgets don't include yachts (at least mine doesn't).
Thanks for the help guys. I'm gonna close it back up and take it to a repair shop sometime next week. What a drag.
Also, any feedback on these guys, and their prices? http://www.speakerrepair.com/ocsrepairprice.html

I thought I had heard before they were the place to go, so I just wanted to double check. Worth the drive to have it done right.
Again, thanks for all the advice everyone, I really appreciate it.
