Anyone run their Ampeg svt 7 pro with 4ohm and 8ohm cabs? Potentially harmfull?

7Pro is 4 ohms minimum.

Checked the web and 4ohm plus 8ohm works out to 3 plus but not quite 4 if I am correct?

It's 2.6, and well below the minimum. Don't do it. You can use ONE 4 ohm cab, or two 8 ohm cabs.
