I'm about to get rid of my Behringer 4x10 and pick up an SWR 6x10. Will this be a good mate for my Line6 HD750 head?

I loved my SWR 6x10 so much, I bought another one. Not a big Line6 fan, but the cab will be awesome!

Yes, it will be awesome.

I do understand why people are not too keen on the Line6 heads but for the money I think they are exceptional value and tons of fun to play around with.

Great cab to have in your arsenal and will work well with many heads.
Also, this analogy springs to mind - Behringer to SWR is like Talbot to Lamborghini

I predict your satisfaction.

First, the SWR will be a *huge* upgrade for you.

Second: I dont' know squat about the Line6 head... But if you liked it with the old cab, you'll love it with this cab.

Thanks for the input guys. FWIW, I wasnt too big on Line6 stuff until I bought this head. It gets that Ampeg sound pretty damn well (at least good enough for me), and the compressor is nice too.
The Behringer cab I bought in a rush because I was joining a band and needed the cheapest 4x10 I could get. For $300, it really could not be better. Except it weighs 150lbs and has the worst wheels ever.

I don't know about that Line6 head, but I really like the Goliath Sr cab...

I think this would be a better match for my new cab:

Sadly I cannot afford it

I know a guy that has the HD750. It's a nice head, cool to play around with, has a nice "grind" setting too and I believe it would run a Goliath sr. just fine.

The "rock" setting is my fav. It cuts through great.
Can't wait to get this cab! Best $425 spent ever!

Tried it out at the guys house and it's great. Got it to the practice space and realized it only has 1/4" in, where as my head is only speakon out! Already ordered an adapter from Musician's Friend.
Tomorrow I'll be trying it out with my old head, an SWR 350. Might be time for me to find a new SWR head, to match the cab
