SWR 750x or hartke LH 1000, which one would you choose and why?

I just bought and SWR 750x and I'm using it to push two cabs, a fender bassman 410 and a hartke 115 both at 8 ohms. It seems as though i be fighting this amp forever for tonal control AND volume. Am I better off taking it back and getting a hartke lh1000?? I also have a yorkville bassmaster 400 but I'm thinking about taking that in to trade on a new cab to replace the fender. What would any of you do? Keep in mind my budget is very limited and I'm pretty much working with what you see here. I also use a sans amp bass driver with an ibanez atk 300 series bass.

Hi There,
Before getting rid of anything would suggest taking the sansamp out of the equation. SWR amps already have an inherent mid scoop to them. If you are running the sansamp into that with it's mid scoop it probably won't sound good at all. Start with the SWR flat and use just a touch of the aural enhancer. A little goes a long way. Plus the 750x has a built in overdrive so the sansamp might be redundant. Hope this helps,
Brent

Yeah I did but I thought I'd ask differently considering some of the advice I have received from some people by rewording the question and giving different details. Is this wrong TB as well??

Doesn't bother me, but you're likely going to get the exact same answers you got.

Which cab do you like the sound of the most?

Get another one of those.

You may be trying to eq for the different cabs and you'll never get it right.

Spend some time with the SWR.

Crank the pre til light flashes then back off just a hair, no more AE than 11:00, tone flat, reduce treble a little, no effects, crank Master for what volume you need.

Use speakon cable too.

Also a 750x can make a powerful roar with one 4x10 Goliath. If you turn it up. (I've never tried a Fender) The idea though is sometimes less is more.
