SWR Goliath III Neo replacement speakers?? Anyone done it?

Sign in to disble this ad
So I got a smoking deal on a used Goliath 3. I'm just curious if anyone has replaced the stock PAS drivers in a SWR cab with Neo drivers. If so, which ones, and what was the end result.

Thanks.

BUMP!!! I've also been contemplating this...was shewed away from putting the MM neos in though because those were designed for a sealed cab.

Why would you replace the pas drivers? They are the only reason i would even own an swr cab. They are one of the best bass speakers out there.

To loose some weight. Even though GIII's are one of the lighter cabs on the market, after a 4hr+ set 90lbs can feel a bit heavy.
