I'm looking into getting one, any body tried them? I tried searching for some threads on here about them, but found nothing. Anybody?

Also, on a second note - what are some good LIGHTWEIGHT power amps?

Hi there!

I own one of these, and I absolutely love it! The compressor is awesome, and I really like the bass intensifier feature.

Currently I'm running it with the SWR power 750 which is quite huge.

I tried running it with the swr amplite, but I really found it was quite quiet in a band setting. If you have the coin, and the cabs you could just bridge two amp lites together and run a two cab rig. They are really lite and altogether you would have about 800 watts. I didn't do it because i didn't want to always use two cabs for decent volume.

I'm looking into an ISP powered cab for my next purchase!

Well as far as a cabinet, i've got an SWR megoliath right now, and I was looking into one of those 10 lb crown poweramps. Any news about them?

PROS:
great sound, great features, great warranty ... unfortunately

CONS: i bought one, it failed, SWR sent me a new one (mute light problem).
i took my second one in today to send back for repair (noise in channel or DI or both.. i can't tell).

Now I'm back to running my bass through my Bassbone to the front of the house ................ ugggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh !
