| SWR WorkingPro 400 - Lights Behaving Oddly

Ran into a situation last weekend with my SWR WorkingPro 400head that's about 3 yrs old. I turned on the power, and both the preamp gain (red) light and limiter (green) light came on immediately and stayed on all night. I powered down the amp and turned it back on a couple times and same result. Adjusting Gain and Master volume did what they were supposed to do to the audible level but did not affect the lights at all.
The head worked fine all night so I'm not real concerned, but it is annoying. Anyone else had this happen or know what might be going on?
