| TC Cabinets BC212 with other Heads ???

Hi there,
I owned two BC212 Cabinets from t.c.eletronic these Days and also the BH500 Head.
I didn't liked the Head at all.... It was.....can't describe it exactly but something was missing.... So I've sended the Head retour..
I liked the Cabs because they are not so heavy for 2x12" and because of the fact that I play in two Bands makes me put one Cab in each Rehearsal Room and I only have to carry the Head... That's fine. For smaller Gigs I could use one Cab and for bigger Venues, I would use both of them.
I am now GASing for the Ampeg Portaflex PF500 Head. I've only read good Things about this little Head.
Has someone Expiriences how the PF500 works at the TC Cabs, because I've also read, that the TC Cabinets work best with their own Heads....??!!

. The Ampeg PF500 is a stellar amp as well. But if the cabs are the source of your distaste, changing amp heads may not (probably won't) yield the results that you desire.
