I printed the mail in coupon but I'm afraid that it won't arrive until it's too late to get the chorus pedal. Regardless, I am very excited to get this thing and start using it. I'll be back here when it arrives with a hopefully glowing report.
Peace and Merry Christmas.

Sent from my SCH-S720C using TalkBass.com | I thought I may face the same problem earlier this month because GC told me the combo was not in stock when I ordered it, although it was scheduled to be shipped before the cutoff date. I emailed the marketing manager for TC Group Americas. I explained I should get the BG 250 in time for the Jan. 7 date to send in the UPC code for the chorus unit but I couldn't guarantee it because who knows what will happen with production and the holiday work schedule and mail delivery and all. (I did get my unit earlier than anticipated because a new batch came in) I explained to her I had done everything I could do to get the item, that is ordering it and tying up my credit card.
She said in my case she would waive the requirement.
That worked for me in my case. It may not work for every case.
But, hey, it doesn't hurt to try.

Sorry, I just red that the toggle only works with the BH250. Wish it worked with the BG, too.

Just a question, on my toneprint app, some on the effects require to have the 2.0 version... how do I get this ?

I think that this a trader's issue. Going this way seems they are winning nothing. |

you will download the 2.0 software for either Mac or PC. there are also instructions about how to open and install the software. http://support.tcelectronic.com/entr...e-the-software
that's all you do. I don't use a smart phone but I have two BG250s which I've updated through my PC. |

It looks like consumer goods, big and small, cost twice as much. I assume pay rates are higher also? |

That I have no right to complain about the cost of TC Electronic products in Australia? It may not amount to them charging us more, but do you honestly think they have no influence at all over the prices?
By the way, I don't know if that web site you provided a link to is worth taking much notice of, given their method of data collection.

I merely found this to be a mildly interesting diversion. Complain to heart's content...knock yourself out.
That you think TC Electronic owes you an explanation as to why you're being charged more doesn't make much sense to me.
Given that everything costs more, no, I don't think they have any particular influence over the prices.
Regarding the link I posted, again, a mere curiosity. I really don't give a ratsass.

By the way, the US MSRP is $599. The Australian RRP is $799. Who do ya reckon sets those? Father Christmas?
