The TC-Helicon Switch-3 Pedal is the one that will for sure work with the BG250 correct? I could not find a Switch-3 Pedal anywhere made by TC Electric so I assume this is the one?
Thanks! | This is what I'm using: http://www.sweetwater.com/store/deta...ac=1&zmap=FS3X

The speaker itself has NO writing on it at all. |

I was looking for 12" combos due to my 4th floor walkup apt, but I really don't need another underpowered amp to gig with, and this was a sweet deal. This size/weight makes it just manageable enough. Hopefully will be room for it at the practice space.
Sounds great so far, will take it to rehearsal for a full volume run. Love the toneprint "Beast" for fuzzy garage tunes. Seems to keep some low end better than my pedal. Look forward to rocking it out. |

So far the loudest I have gone is 3 on the master. And that is in a large high school auditorium. Oh and 35lbs makes things some much easier moving. |

As previously posted, I did a show with BG250 and I ran out of the DI to the board. No hum and no problems per the sound techs. I have learned they made a recording and I heard a small bit of it and the sound (post-eq ON) from the bass amp was A-MA-ZING! They did not mike the amp only DI to the board. I will get a track ASAP.
I think some of the problems TBers are having with the DI may be related to poor grounding, bad power in the home or gig locale. For the studio-philes, you have to remember how much you paid for the entire combo. If you purchased the BG250 for DI recording purposes, then be mindful of the settings for tone and pre/post DI switch.
We all get a POS from time to time, yet the BG250 is still moving lotsa air for me!

Just curious what do you guys set the Master on when just at home for practice? I was worried I could only set it on 1 but I can set it up to about 3. At 3 some of my little trinkets on my shelf by my Amp start falling off.. LOL.. 2 seems to work best in my practice room..
