TC Electronic BH 250 or BG 250?

Ok, help me decide, the BH 250 or BG 250 amp from TC Electronic. I'm an old school player and pretty much finished playing publicly. Looking for an amp to play for my pleasure in my loft. There will be times I'll sit in with some friends or maybe play at cook outs and the like.

Which amp would you guys pick and why?

Given your situation, that seems like a total toss up, depending on your cabinet preference...if you really have a leaning in some direction.

With the BH, you can go smaller or bigger on the cabinet.

On the smaller end, you could get a nice, capable 110 or 112.

On the combo side, there is an amount of pairing that's already been done for you, and IMO and IME, with bedroom or loft tone, you have to try to come up with an unpleasant sound. It's relatively light-weight and would move from loft to get-together pretty well.
