Tc Electronic Bh 500 and cell phone???

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey all,

My laptop bit the dust yesterday, so I can no longer plug into the rehearsal input on my BH500 and practice at night.
This doubly sucks because, recently I (through the good graces of a fellow tb'er) came into the notation for Stevie Wonder's "Do I Do" and I want to work on it!
Can anyone think of a reason why I shouldn't plug my smartphone into the rehearsal input on my amp? It's all signal flow right? I have mp3s saved, and even have the notation on my phone!

Thanks in advance!

Hi.

I can't see any reason why it wouldn't work.

That said, I probably wouldn't charge the cell-phone while practicing though, just in case there's a potential difference between the signal grounds.

Regards
Sam

Nice, thanks guys. That's what I figured, but figured it was safer to ask.

Thanks
