TC Electronic/Helicon footswitches question.

Hi,

Question is simple: is TC Helicon Switch-3 the same product as TC Electronic Switch-3? Or they differ in functionality?

Just thinking to use TC Helicon Switch-3 with BH250 amp and local seller claims these footswitches are different.

There are not two different Switch-3 pedals. As a matter of fact, various other pedals will work. Search the BG250 threads to find which ones others have used.

I've contacted TC-Helicon support. And they confirmed footswitches are indeed technically identical. Will try that in real life :)

I can confirm they are the same with a slightly different screen printed logo on the face, as I've had both. The TC Helicon one broke and was replaced by the shop with TC Electronic version. There's also a third variation in circulation called the TC Electronic G-Switch.
