They been around since the mid 70's. Its part of the TC Group. they do everything from plug ins to amps for different applications including instruments. products include Blue Microphones, Dynaudio Acoustics and Tannoy Studio Monitors

I didn't know they owned Dynaudio-very interesting because they are my favorite home audio speakers. They remind me of the TC bass heads and cabs somewhat, namely warm and clear, with a bit of hyped low-mids.

Nice sounding amp with a few drawbacks, none of which is major.
