Probably keep the STM900 and one other to have some different flavors. | Either the P900 or the F500 would be a good choice to complement the STM900. As for the SM9.2, well...<that is not the amp you are looking for>. |

I hope it's everything Ive been hearing about it. Been holding off on it since August and my first new head since 2006. I hope this one lasts me ten years. |

I have a Puma 900 on order to be delivered after NAMM and can't wait. Received a F500 yesterday to check out, but I beleive the Puma 900 will work better for me.

Something about getting the right kind of treble and upper midrange from a single 6" with no tweet makes alot of sense to me | Experiencing the ML-112 was the only thing that allowed me to part with my much beloved Tri-112L. I predict that your ears will be similarly satisfied.

Those Baers look really well done and I absolutely agree with him about ditching the tweeters and horns for some 6" drivers. The bass gear mag review is pretty flattering.
However, I can't buy a Fodera, a new upright, a new head, a full pedal board and new cabs all in the same 12 month period. I'll have to come back to looking at the Baers in 2014. Maybe they'll be popping up used by then. |
