TecAmp Bonafide - Noisy

Hi guys.

Anyone here own a Bonafide amp? I have one and it's sounds really great. But my amp is bit to noisy and on my last gig the DI was so noisy, that I almost also had to mute the amp every time we didn't play! I wrote many emails to Tecamp and even attached a video I made, so they could heard the noise. But they don't return my emails. Only once saying that there were no video attached. So I know that
my mails have been received. I have had it for two years and I don't recall that it have so noisy the whole time! If it don't suppose to have noise I want it fixed. I'm not saying that TecAmp should do it for free. But I don't get any respond and there for I don't know if the amp should act like that.

Anyone around who can help me?

Did you get this fixed? I know Glenn at austin bass traders is a dealer and a fantastic guy. If you haven't heard back from Tecamp, I'd suggest getting your foot in the door by going through Glenn. Ask him to help you out, I know he regularly talks with Thomas the owner....

Surely for somebody living in Denmark to talk to a company in Germany there must be a more direct route than calling a store in Texas...
