Thank you TC Electronics Customer Support.

After reading threads of losing knobs on TC Electronics RH450 and RH750 amps, I thought I would never have the problem since I don't gig because I'm still new. TB'ers told me how good their customer service is so I emailed them. 3 hours later I get an email from them saying "your knobs have been shipped." I know this is a meaningless thread but I just wanted to thank TC and the TB'ers. That's good customer service, no charge, no hassles, no worries.

Gotta love that!

It's not a meaningless thread -- at least not to me. Reliability and warranty support have always topped my list of desirable amp attributes. Thanks for the info.

Wait and see. I have ordered replacement knobs twice. And received them once.

Maybe they were out of stock. Just saying...it does happen.

Same here just recently ! But my preset knobs are starting to crack and you have to pay to ship the amp in to get it fixed for what is probably three dollars worth of knobs.:(

Whoa!

Seems to be a common problem. But from other posts it looks like that is only cosmetic ?:hmm:

I think it is cosmetic, but TC did fix mine under warranty. Great amp, horrible plastic parts. And yes, I paid to ship it to them. This is normal IME.
