Probably, yes.....but the original Vega speaker is the soul of that cab. A less sensitive higher wattage speaker is not an upgrade on that design IMHO.

I'd buy it, but I used to play through a 361 so I know what to expect from the cab.

Seller states that the original Cerwin Vega was replaced with a Celestion about " 30 years ago ".

I also mis-quoted the price...its 200.00
