I just got an unbelievable deal on two Acoustic B410 cabs. I had a gift certificate at GC and bought one of the cabs for a smaller, transportable practice-ish cab. The dude at GC knows me and we're cool, and they had an identical one that was a floor model (when they first came out) sitting in the back room. It was hideous, and beat to hell, but worked like new. He friggin gave it to me for free...
So I just got two 400w 4x10 cabs for $300.

Only head I have right now is my Hartke 5500c, though. I wanted to use both cabs at the same time as an 8x10, but I question the reality of that 400w rating since they are relatively inexpensive. The Hartke will be sending them 500w at 4 ohms. Unfortunately, I can't test it yet, because the head is locked up in our rehearsal space.
Thus, the question. Think the cabs can handle it? Is that 400w rating on the cabs realistic? I won't be pushing them too hard, I never turn the volume higher than 2 or 3 when I'm running the head at 4 ohms. My Peavey TVX 412 handles this much power no problem. How do you guys think the Acoustic cabs will fair? (Would really like to hear from folks that own/have used the cab in a gig setting)
Thanks in advance!
