We have that replacement, and another 76-key case we bought on craisglist for $25 that's barely usable, and that's enough for us. The 76-key case, like the one we sent back, suffered from a complete deterioration of the plastic sewn inside to stiffen the sides; it literally crumbled to the touch. The CS person didn't sound at all surprised when I inquired about a replacement.
I have a hideous hunt-dog-training bag that I use for a gig bag; holds all pedals, wireless, cords etc., and my Shuttle fits nicely in the middle.

It's ugly as hell, but I like the fact that it sticks out in a club, maybe someone's less likely to walk off with it.
