Thunderfunk 550 - attaching rack ears

Sign in to disble this ad
Sorry if this needs to be in another thread.

I was attempting to attach the rack ears. I pulled the handle and bumpers off as instructed on the owner's manual.

The rack ears have two holes that don't line up with the single PEM nut provided on the cover of the amp.

Am I missing a part on the rack ears?

Shouldn't there be two holes on the amp cover that line up with the two rack ears holes to stick a skrew through?

If any TF550 owner could help me out I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks!

The rack ears for the 750 have a long bar that has holes and slots that line up where the handle was and whatever was on the other side, so you can set the depth the amp sits behind the ears. It sounds like you are missing part of the rack ears.
