Trace Elliot Custom AH500

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi Guys! I am new here and have a question.
I have a factory custom built Trace Elliot AH500 that was refurbished by Adam at Trace Elliot in March 94. (And is still working great!) It is one of a kind and I still have original invoice detailing refurb serial is ARW 001
I am looking for help installing light in it. I have the on / off switch in back of it which works but that's about it. I am unable to contact anybody at Trace as they are all gone now. Anybody have any wiring diagrams or have Trace amp with working light who knows wiring or can let me have instructions? I assume that it is fairly easy process as fluorescent light is fluorescent light. I know that parts are readily available from British Audio etc so assume that process is fairly straight forward.
Look forward to hearing from you and all help great fully received.
Kind Regards
G

Today I'm gonna be riding in a car for way to long to see Phish tonight, but if no one else has helped you I'll open mine up tomorrow morning.

Hi Nightlyraider, really appreciate that. I have not played for about 15-18 years and have been asked to play again which I am going to do so the kids can see their old man play!
I thought that if going to do that the Trace should look right! (As the old man probably does not any more!)
Once again many thanks
Regards
G
