Trace Elliot Hexa Valve Tube

I'm trying to decide whether or not to purchase a Hexa Valve. Does anyone know about this bass apart from the specs? Any ideas about the tone? It's between this and an old Marshall DBS 7400 which I know sounds great, but it's also $700 more.
