Trace FET tone?

I used to have a Trace Elliot 'Commando' combo - the 12 before they called it the 12.

It was a 100W combo with an 'All FET preamp'

Anybody else have one or ever have one, and what else can cop that tone?

I really liked it but it was underpowered for my needs.
