Has anybody had any experience with Traynor equipment? I've heard that their new NEO series are even lighter than markbass. I was just curious. I don't know if they sound good. I haven't tried much canadian gear (...considering I live here) |

I tried a TB100, DB200, DB300 and DB400. All great. I ended up with a Carvin head and a GK 212MBE cause it was cheaper, but if I had the budget, I'd get all Traynor. |

I haven't heard absolutely anything about the NEO series. I don't know if they're as good as their other stuff. I know that they're guitar gear is good.
Any pics? |

| | | | The old Traynor YGM amps are all tube and sound amazing. Anything pre 1976 is good stuff all hand wired point to point. |

I 've yet to hear ANY bad Traynor stuff. I've NOT had any experience with 'Yorkville' ear tho. Same Co. Different flavor?!?!?

I am quite frankly surprised that hasn't been more said about the Traynor cab's...I have been using two TC112 @ 24 pounds each along with my Little Mark III (like one of the previous posters mentioned - great minds think alike?) and they have been gigged hard for over a year now...they are not THEE greatest sounding 1-12" speaker cab around but super durable (a Traynor/Yorkville calling card) and very easy to lug around with the handle built in to the cab...I am very happy with mine and they have seen some abuse and still work as they should...fairly punchy sounding with not too much sheen but if one was to dial up the tweeters you could probably get there....I usually have my tweeters off or half way depending on the room...
Bottom line...24lb cab's that take a lickin' and keep on ticking @ $430 Canadian each...no brainer...and really suprised more people have been all over these...great product, great warranty...decent sound @ a great weight & price... |

I've got the Yorkville 800XS which is the early version. Sounds great and hasn't missed a beat since I bought it new in 04. The only mod I made to it was to replace the 12AX7 Sovtek tube with a JJ.
