Contact Doug at Doug's Tubes, he's the tube guy.

Order two, and you'll be set for the next time.

It's a Ruby 12AX7-AC5

The amp's pretty forgiving with tubes. Any plain 12AX7, 12AX7A, WA etc should work fine. The only one that's a little goofy is the 12AX7-LPS, which operates with a lower current density and sometimes won't bias up quite right. Internally, it's quite mechanically different than a traditional 12AX7.

Will Genz Benz sell me one or do I have to order elsewhere?

That's the one, it's graded for noise.
