tweeter confusion

So I just recently got a gk rb1001 (first series) and a swr goliath iii cab. The gk head, I beleave has its special output for the tweeter as a bi-amp crossover, correct me I'm wrong or confused those two, and the manual is saying not to plug two cables into the same amp. So here's where I'm confused, how am I supposed to get my tweeter to work without using another cable into the same amp? Am I misinterpretting the bi amp tweeter thing wrong? It says on the head that it can power 50w of tweeter power. Just wondering if I'm looking at the info wrong,

Your cabinet isn't wired for biamping so you can't use the biamp feature on your amp. Use the full range output settings as described in the manual. Here's a snippet:

For connection to all other cabinets, connect to the 1/4”
outputs labeled 540W amp only. Set the Woofer X-Over
switch on the front panel to the Out position.

The manual says not to plug two cables into the same cabinet. GK cabs have the ability to use the "bi-amp" horn management feature, and use a 4 pole speakon cable, +1 and -1 for the woofer and +2 and -2 for the adjustable 50 watt tweeter amp.

If you really wanted to, you could disconnect the tweeter from the internal SWR crossover, replace the two pole speakon cab input with a four pole, and use the SWR tweeter with the GK. Full range will work just fine though.

use the full range - unless you have a box specifically designed to be a mid/highs box and another designed to be a sub, it's not worth worrying over.

just set the output for the main amplifier to full range or whatever it says (woofer x over to the out position) Your cabinet already has a passive crossover built into it.

As the others have said, the bi-amping feature of that head is made to work with GK cabs. Nice feature but you won't need it with a good cab....great head btw....
