Two Amps Question

Sign in to disble this ad
Hello!

I have a SWR 700 head and a 4x10 cab. I also have a Behringer BXL900a 90 watt combo. I was wondering if I could combine the two to get crazy awesome bass nuttiness?

The head has a headphones out, effects send, unbalanced line out, and a balanced line output. I understand the balanced line out goes to the PA, can any of the others work?
I'm assuming the unbalanced line out? Anything I should know so I don't fry my equip?

Sorry in advance if this is a stupid question. -s

You could also use the headphones out on the SWR to slave the combo.

If I were you'd I'd just invest in a splitter or ABY box. That way you can run through one cab, the other cab, or both simultaneously.

+1, an AB/Y, or even a stereo fx pedal. Split your signal from the bass, and use both amps in stereo.
