Unique speaker repair

I just got a second Ampeg BXT 210m cheap, but the driver with the concentric horn in the center is blown. The horn works, so I assume the 4" voice coil on the woofer is fried (not sure)

Is this something that can be repaired by just any speaker repair shop, or will I have to find a certified Ampeg service shop that can get original parts?

most speaker repair shops should be able to fix it. i might call first before i send it off, though.
