Upgrading amps and need some advice

I finally got going with a band, but my gear isn't quite cutting it anymore. Both of our guitarists play through half stacks and drown out my tiny fender bassman 60watt. So I'm looking at either buying a GK Backline600 Head or an Acoustic B200H Head. I plan on purchasing a GK Goldine 8X10 cab later since they dropped the price on it recently. Can anyone tell me if I'll run into any problems using the Acoustic with the GK cab? if I'm going to run into some problems with it, I'll just try and haggle the price on the GK head down a few bucks and get that.

Of the two you've listed I'd go with G.K.
I'm sure the G.K.'s 300 watts through a 810 cab will kick.
I've not heard the Goldline 810 cab, but for many years I ran a G.K. 800 head, (300 watts at 4 ohms), into a 4 ohm Ampeg SVT 810 cab. That rig was always loud and full sounding.
You might also watch the T.B. classifieds, some real bargains pop up often.

You won't have a problem with either of those amps and the GK 810.

I second the advice to look around for some other amp options, though. It appears that your budget is about $250 for the head. Keep your eyes open for a used Carvin or Peavey.

My budget actually just shrank again because I had to fill up with gas, so I'm probably going to be looking at either the Acoustic B200H or the Behringer head that I'm somewhat skeptical about.
