Just thought I'd throw this out there.
Last night I was surfing the used gear list at GC's website and called on a couple of Eden cabs.
There is a D210XLT for $299 at the St. Louis Missouri store so I called to be sure of the model number and condition. A guy from the guitar department told me that the cab actually used to be at a different GC and he had it shipped in for a customer a couple weeks back. It seems that when it arrived at his store the customer came in and noticed that the speakers werent the original Eden ones. They removed one of the drivers and from what the employee said they found no markings or logos at all and said the speakers were of rather poor quality.
I thanked the salesmen for his honesty and asked if they were going to change the listing on the website. He said that he informed his management of it weeks ago and assumed the listing had been changed by now.
I know its not some huge conspiracy and we dont need to bash GC but the reason I posted this is because if I would have ordered it through my local store instead of calling St. Louis the cab would have shown up at my door with generic speakers in it.
