Using both inputs of an SVT-CL?

I once read but can't find where that if you use both inputs of an Ampeg SVT at once, you get a mix of both inputs. True?

You could do it, but the active input would be down 15 dB from the passive input. You'd just be putting both inputs through the same preamp. It might be useful for a clean and effects feed to the amp, but you'd have to be able to set the levels of the mix outside the amp.

My idea exactly... -15 db for clean, 0 db for effected.
