Can I send the tuner out on my VB-2 into the Effects Return Jack/Power Amp In on my Kustom Groove 310c?

It would probably work. You may have better luck getting an XLR to 1/4" cable and running out of the DI set to pre EQ.

I'm mainly wanting to see what my amp sounds like thru the kustom cabinet, I'm not happy with my curent ampeg cab. The kustom combo has the amp head attached to a verticle 3 10' cabinet that is much deeper.

Just got thru trying it out and it works remarkably well.

The kustom cabinet is very nice. The only thing I don't like about that combo is the preamp. Using the preamp from the VB-2 has made a very noticeable difference.
