It's an 8x10 cab with a towel bar and no tolex, just a speckled black and white paint job on the wood. It has a single 1/4" jack input and is 4 ohm. The speakers have heavy, square magnets on the back. The numbers on the back of the top right speaker are: 580155-2 (top row) and 67-7903 (bottom row). The numbers are printed in green. I found a post from a few years ago where somebody had a similarly described 8x10 cab, an identical number in the top row on the back of their speaker and a similar number on the bottom row on the back of their speaker (Theirs was 67-7905, mine is 67-7903). JimmyM said it was a Magnavox-era towel bar cab from 1979. Is mine the same thing, or something similar?
How much do you guys think it is worth if I sell it? The wood is a little beat up (but not too bad), one of the speaker's dust covers has a small tear, and there are no feet or wheels on the front bottom part of the cab (so it leans forward, but can easily be propped up straight with a medium-thickness phone book). Otherwise, it's fine and sounds great. Any ideas about what the speakers would be worth if sold individually? I can provide additional information or pictures, if that is helpful.
