Vintage ampeg B 15 N flip top tube amp

There's a dude on my local CL that has one of these that he says he found in storage. He says all the tubes light up, but he doesn't know if it works. He wants $300 bucks for it.

So... question for those more gear savvy than I... say it needs repair, is $300 still a good deal?

WHOA! Smoking deal! If everything's original/in good shape. However, I might have some concerns about 5 strings at gigging volume. Honestly though, you can't lose at this price.
