vintage Ampeg SVT 8x10 wiring schematics

Sign in to disble this ad
anyone have a resource for finding a wiring diagram for a late 60's/early 70's Ampeg SVT 8x10 bass cabinet? I've had this cab for a while, and always wondered why it sounded less than awesome, then I realized that the speakers were out of phase. Instead of fixing it I down-sized to an HLF and there it sat for several years. I'm now looking to put it back into play and am looking for a wiring diagram or schematic for it so that I have something to compare what's correct to what is obviously a botched wiring job by the previous owner.

The drivers were all 32 ohm wired parallel. The cab has a green (+) and black (-) wire going to each driver. My cab’s CTS drivers had a green mark on the terminal. If yours do not, just match the green to the positive terminal on each driver.
