The ampegV4 page is probably your best bet for a manual. That's the only one I've seen (the combined manual) for these amps, never a separate one, although I wasn't alive when they were made so I'm certainly no expert as to what came with them from the factory
. I have an ampeg catalog from 73 in pdf form as well that has some good info on the heads and cabs and stuff if you're interested at all. Got it from another TBer a while back. Shoot me a PM with an email address if you want a copy and I'll email it over.
