Im long winded but it will hopefully help in choosing a new well rounded cab for my needs. short version at bottom
Ok there are thread with a lot of the same topics I am about to cover but no answers so i'm starting my own. I am looking for a second cab to add to the rig in the title, a 1973 ish SVT and a early 2000's press board 810e. But i want to add another cab to my set up but unsure what to go with. I know the 810 of that era is really dark and kinda muddy so i want to match it with something with more definition and punch. Yes call me crazy but i am looking to add a 412 or a well rounded 215. Also far in the cards, cause their hard to come buy, a vintage Ampeg 810.
I play surprise/surprise down tuned stoner/sludge music that i'm writing and singing for, a big first for me. Yes its the new music craze, but i've been playing for 15+ years and have always been another bands hired gun. I have played ever music under the sun from death/speed metal, reggae, funk and RnB, 80's new wave, and top 40 pop. And my favorite style has been bands like COC, Crowbar, Floor, Sleep to name a few. Which comes to my other point i want this new cab to be used in a cover band environment (which i am also in) when my 115 wont be enough.

So im looking for a cab that i can run at the same time with my SVT/810 to add some definition and can be a good stand alone with the svt or my Tone Hammer/power amp set up when i play with the cover band.
I will use tons of distortion for the stoner rig. And will need to handle a 2 ohm load since i will run with the 810 at same time.
Cabs Im considering
Bergantino 412 or 215
Aguilar 412
Emperor 412 or 215 ...or 612
And any others as long as they are not neo loaded, played a few and don't like them.
So I need some help please. I'm taking a trip to colorado next week and their is a used Aguilar gs412 I'm going to check out and that is the one highest on my list right now. So any help thanks.
