Well im looking to buy a vox bass amp....all i can find on the internet is this little 10w one. I want a nice rather large maybe a 12" speaker. where can i find one used or new? and is it good for a vintage paul mccartney sound you know with a hofner bass?ty for help....
There are no current Vox bass amps aside from the Pathfinder 10, which is a nice little, and I mean little, practice combo. You'll have to scour eBay for Vintage Vox, but there are certainly "better" alternatives.
what should i get for that vintage paul sound...and remember im on a budget.

Paul's sound was in the mixing, not the amp. And remember that he dumped Vox like a bad habit as soon as their initial endorsement deal had run its course.
