Yes. He's alive and well and has amps available. I just purchased an Ultra about two months ago.

Gotta be honest...

I have owned two WW heads and both had many issues and were a bear to get fixed. IMO, and just to state a lesson well learned, the WW heads don't do anything the Acoustic Image heads can't do and at much less cost plus they (AC) have the best customer service and warranty available.

My high school used to play this jazz fest every year, and the house amp was a Walter Woods. It was sweet.

Great for the time, but eclipsed by Acoustic Image and the Little Mark. Just as small and powerful but cheaper and less "touchy."

Love my acoustic image clarus. Also makes a killer keyboard amp.
