Warwick Profet 5.1 V Peavey MAX 450?? HELP!!

Hi

Ive currently got a Warwick Profet 5.1 head that im now running into a Peavey TVX 4X10 and a Warwick 2X10 cab (soon to change that for a 1X15)

Ive been offered a Peavey Max 450 in a swap for my Warwick Head plus £50?

They are about the same wattage but im hearing good things about the Peaveys that they are very reliable and are of a good quality.

Any advice would be great!!!
